The maker behind PAX
PAX is the solo project of Dutch singer-songwriter, composer, singer and pianist Rob Reyners.
“Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I started playing the flügelhorn in a local orchestra at the age of eight.
During my high school years, I discovered singing and the piano, which eventually led me to study jazz vocals
at the Conservatory in Maastricht, with piano and music education as additional subjects.
Drawing on influences from pop, jazz, classical and film music, I gradually developed my own musical identity —
one that is cinematic and emotional, with the human experience at its heart.
With PAX, I want to take music beyond listening.
Music, story, visuals and silence being as one,
giving each its own place in an experience that can move you, surprise you or simply offer a moment to step out of reality.
For me, PAX is about more than music.
It is about creating a space where emotions can resonate, stories can be recognised, and people can feel that they are not alone.
This is PAX.
